The Degree Progress Report shows you the progress you have made so far toward completing the program or certificate. What you see on your report is based on the program curriculum in place when you were admitted into a program or certificate.

Can I See My Degree Progress Report?

  • You must be admitted in a degree program or a certificate to view your Degree Progress Report.
  • Degree Progress Reports are not available to non-program or undeclared students.
  • You can access your Degree Progress Report through your myMadisonCollege account and by following the directions below.

The Degree Progress Report will help you:

  1. Choose courses you need to complete your program.
  2. See how close you are to graduation.
  3. View completed classes, transfer credit, and other credit for prior learning awarded.

How to Use Your Degree Progress Report

Follow the directions below on how you can use your Degree Progress Report:

  1. Access your Degree Progress Report from myMadisonCollege.
  2. View the courses or requirements listed as "Not Satisfied".
  3. Put the classes into your cart when you are ready to register.

Schedule Builder

You can choose courses that are flexible to your personal schedule using the Schedule Builder. Use the Schedule Builder to:

  • Block times on specific days when you are unavailable.
  • View possible schedule combinations.
  • Choose the schedule that is best for you.

Academic Planner

With the Academic Planner, you can save a group of courses to register for an upcoming semester. You can plan for one, two, or more future semesters.

You can visualize how your completed classes may fit into other Madison College programs by running a "what-if" degree scenario (WHIF).
