Walking Challenge for February

Join the Peer Health Educators as we start a Walking Challenge of 2200 steps in 20 minutes for the month of February! Walking helps boost your mood because it increases blood flow and blood circulation to the brain and body. Students that participate will be entered to win a Hydration Backpack!

Start and finish at the fireplace in the Gateway on February 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 12:00-12:30.
