Financial Aid SAP
The U.S. Department of Education requires that you meet certain academic standards to qualify for federal financial aid at Madison College. These academic standards are referred to as Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). There are SAP standards for:
- Your cumulative GPA.
- The percent of classes you complete.
- The maximum number of credits you may attempt to complete your program.
SAP standards apply to students receiving financial aid as well as international students and students receiving veteran education benefits.
To learn more about these standards, how they are calculated, and the appeal process, view the college's SAP page.
