PACK Salary Negotiation Training

Salary negotiation can be an unfamiliar, confusing, or awkward conversation. While most employers anticipate and are prepared to negotiate pay and benefits with their chosen candidates, only 42% of men and 28% of women negotiate. This is especially impactful for women as they tend not only negotiate less but feel the effect of the Gender Pay Gap as well.

In this workshop, students will learn the important of salary negotiation and tools based in self-advocacy to gain confidence, effectively communicate their worth, and commit to having the negotiation conversation.
